Internal Affairs Sgt Mary O'Donnell read my Delita Hooks SIGNED letter to her NYPD fixers threatening me yet again with yet another false cross complaint warning me not to come back and file assault charges against me.

Internal Affairs, the Commission to Combat Police Corruption Dept of Investigation fixed this all the way to the dirty Manhattan DA fixed this.

Joan Illuzi and ADA Giovanetti admitted to me Delita Hooks attack 2nd degree and she menaced me coming out from behind the long closed off counter and that her complaint was false.

The DA did not want to do anything about the NYPD's role coercing me.  It was a no brainer I was coerced and feared for my safety from both my attacker and Det John Vergona who had both repeatedly threatened me!

Vergona even lied in police reports and no one including his supervisors Sgt Chen, Lt Burgos and DI Winski would meet with me.

Det Vergona never met with and both sets of Detectives had contact me my attacker Det Andy Dwyer also evil piece of shit in my opinion met with my attacker but never ever  contacted me.

This all happened to me under Ray Kelly and Charles Campisi like Eric Garner read his hand written lawsuit from 7 years ago but as Eric and I would learn Bratton and Reznick as evil no difference.


My guess is Joe Tacopina wrote the letter that Delita Hooks signed and she needs to be arrested for that letter along with Det John Vergona who threatened me and coerced me.

I am guessing Joe Tacopina ghost wrote her letter threatening me and used a sock puppet account to call me a CUNT and warn me to not come forward or that tables would be turned.   He worked for Charles Hynes a dirty DA who with dirty cops sent innocent People to jail.

I want to question Joe Tacopina under oath about this along with top brass NYPD IAB and ask also questions about fixing favors that include the PBA.

Like Eric Garner's lawsuit from 7 years ago and I am the only one to publish it my Federal Lawsuits will leave a record and I also allege retaliation for being a whistle blower on 911 and CityTime with HP and SAIC having big contracts with Homeland security and Ray Kelly wanted to be head of homeland security.  Neither Bratton or Kelly will ever be head of homeland security that is for sure.

Do you think Ray Kelly was gong to blow the whistle on contractors tied to homeland security that were stealing and fyi top white shirts like NYPD chief Dowd were taking gifts from at least 1  contractor and IAB audio I posted said hey he didn't steal millions and refused to investigate whether he took gifts and or compensation related to FirstNet.
